Escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in this cozy nature house with fenced garden and plenty of privacy. This cozy 4-person nature house is located on a small forest park in the middle of the Drents-Friese Wold, one of the most beautiful national parks in the Netherlands. From the house you can walk straight into the woods and enjoy peace, space and nature. The house (approx. 60 m²) is entirely on the ground floor, is currently being renovated and will soon be cozily furnished in a modern country style. In the living room you can relax by the fireplace, and thanks to fiberglass Wi-Fi and TV, nothing is missing inside. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a cozy dining area. There are two comfortable bedrooms with box-spring beds and a spacious bathroom with toilet. Outside you will find a large, fully fenced garden with lots of privacy - ideal for relaxing, barbecuing or just enjoying the peace and greenery. Parking is available on private property.
Nature and surroundings
Step out the front door and you have access to 6,100 acres of National Park, The Drents Friese Wold. With more than 40 hiking trails and kilometers of bike paths & mountain bike trails. In a 10 kilometer circle around the house there is plenty to do. And for the children? The children can romp in the garden, the playground at the forest park and of course build huts in the woods. In Dwingeloo, in addition to an outdoor swimming pool, there is also an experience park, a challenging height course and a traffic & amusement park "Duinen Zathe" can be found in Appelscha (10km). But also play-farm "De Drentse Koe" in Ruinerwold is an ideal outing for the kids (also with less weather). Cool off in the summer? That will certainly succeed in the "Canada Lake", the "Blue Lake" in Smilde or the heated forest pool in Appelscha.Barbecuing, relaxing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, cooking, working, watching a movie, baking or "just do nothing" it's all possible here. In our nature house you're good all year round!
