This 34 m² Finnish Kota is situated in a quiet, green setting and can accommodate two adults and two children. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and a children’s room with two narrow beds (60x200). The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The cottage is comfortable year-round thanks to central heating and radiant floor heating. Outside, there’s a garden with a patio and a wood-fired hot tub (for an additional fee of 35 euros) that you can heat yourself. This way, you can enjoy a warm soak under the starry sky. The cottage is smoke-free, and in this specific cottage, a maximum of 1 dog is allowed (no other pets). This Finnish Kota is located on a small-scale (camping) site. Want to completely unwind? Then book breakfast and have it delivered, or enjoy breakfast in our cozy Bar’n. In this Bar’n, with its covered terrace, you can also grab a drink, read a good book, or play a game together.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located on a small property in a quiet, green setting on the border of North Brabant and Limburg. The Pieterpad runs right alongside the property, so you can start a hike right from your doorstep. The UNESCO Maasheggen area is just a short distance away. This is a unique hedgerow landscape teeming with birds, flowers, and peaceful trails. De Maasduinen National Park is accessible via a short ferry ride. This park features forests, heathlands, ponds, and long hiking trails. It’s an area with plenty of space and few crowds. In the surrounding area, you’ll find several cycling and hiking routes that wind through open fields, along waterways, and through forests. It’s an ideal location for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers, couples, and young families who enjoy the outdoors. Feel free to ask us about cycling or hiking routes in the area. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
