Nature house in Ruinen

A very pleasant family with a charming and lovingly maintained property. The host was super friendly, helpful, and we had a wonderful conversation. He was also easy to reach, and the dogs were quiet.
The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you need. The pool is well-maintained, the porch is cozy, and the view was breathtaking. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We absolutely fell in love with this area. Both the restaurants and cafés, as well as the people we met, were very (dog) friendly and welcoming. The tea house even had a menu for dogs.
I have nothing but good things to say.

Eine sehr angenehme Familie mit einem charmant und liebevoll gepflegtem Grundstück. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir konnten uns wunderbar unterhalten. Er war zudem gut erreichbar und die Hunde waren ruhig.
Das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Pool ist gepflegt, die Veranda gemütlich und der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Es war ein Ort zum entspannen und abschalten. Wir haben uns ganz und gar in diese Gegend verliebt. Sowohl die Restaurants/Cafés, als auch die Passanten waren sehr (hunde)freundlich und offen. Im Teehaus gab es sogar eine Menükarte für Hunde.
Ich kann ausschließlich nur Gutes berichten.

A truly beautiful setting. Vast, peaceful landscapes, and everything you need is within a 5- to 10-minute drive (the Old Town with its wonderful cafés and restaurants, a pet supply store, gas stations, etc.). There are many farms with horses, cows, sheep, and much more.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Umgebung. Weite ruhige Landschaften und alles Wichtige ist innerhalb von 5-10min erreichbar (Altstadt mit wundervollen Cafés und Restaurants, Tierbedarfsladen, Tankstellen etc). Viele Höfe mit Pferden, Kühen, Schafen u.v.m.

A lovely place, tastefully decorated in every way, with a very hospitable and helpful host and a nice pool. The bedroom is accessed via a narrow, steep staircase, which can be a bit of a hassle if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night!

In alle opzichten smaakvol ingerichte fijne plek , zeer gastvrije en behulpzame gastheer/vrouw met fijn zwembad. Slaapkamer via smalle steile trap is bij nachtbezoek toilet wel dingetje !

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The cottage has everything you need, is cozy and very clean. The bathroom is very nice. Perhaps it is good to mention that there is a somewhat steep staircase to the bedroom and there is only standing room in the middle. This did not bother us. In the little garden belonging to the B&B you will find all the peace and privacy you need, but the owners are also happy for you to use their pool and terrace. The 2 dogs of the owners are sweet animals and this also went fine with our dog.

De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huisje heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, is gezellig ingericht en heel schoon. De badkamer is heel mooi. Wellicht wel goed om te vermelden dat er een wat stijle trap naar de slaapkamer gaat en dat daar alleen stahoogte in het midden is. Wij hadden hier overigens geen last van. In het tuintje dat hoort bij de B&B vind je alle rust en privacy, maar de eigenaren vinden het ook goed dat je gebruik maakt van hun zwembad en terras. De 2 honden van de eigenaren zijn lieve dieren en dit ging ook prima met onze hond.

The cottage is beautifully situated among the meadows. Places like the Dwingelerveld are nearby and can be reached easily and quickly via beautiful bicycle routes. The tranquility is wonderful!

Het huisje ligt prachtig tussen de weilanden. Plekken als het Dwingelerveld liggen vlakbij en zijn via mooie fietsroutes gemakkelijk en snel te bereiken. De rust is heerlijk!
