Our beautiful villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Dimaro in Val di Sole. From the nature house, you can walk right into the unspoiled nature of the Dolomiti Adamello Brenta National Park and the Stelvio National Park. It’s also just a 15-minute walk to the village, where you’ll find a supermarket, a bakery, a few restaurants, and other charming shops. We rent out three spacious apartments. The MIDDLE apartment (2–8 people) is exceptionally large, covering over 110 m². The spacious living room with a fireplace and open kitchen is authentically Italian. On the side of the apartment is a large balcony, and at the front is a terrace where you can relax and unwind. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower or sit-down tub, sink, toilet, and washing machine. You’re welcome to use the BBQ and picnic area on the terrace at the front of the house, and there’s plenty of (free) parking.
Nature and surroundings
We are Marion and Gerard. We’re from the Netherlands and love spending both summers and winters in the Dolomites, renting out our home and enjoying—together—the beautiful natural surroundings and the countless activities available in the immediate area. We’d be happy to help you get started! Val di Sole offers countless activities year-round, such as beautiful marked hiking trails, cycling and mountain biking routes, via ferratas, rafting on the Noce River, rock climbing routes, and many opportunities for mountaineering. The summer lifts will take you to the starting point. In winter, it’s a 5-minute ride (the ski bus stops right behind Villa Meledrio) to the Dimaro Folgarida ski area, which is part of the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta Ski Area. With the Superskirama ski pass, you have access to 8 ski areas with no fewer than 380 km of slopes! And there are snowshoe trails, cross-country ski trails, and plenty of opportunities for ski mountaineering nearby.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €150.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
