In the middle of nature but still in the city, is this quiet, detached guest house with large garden. The garden is only for the tenants, we do not come there during the stay. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed (Auping). In the living room there is possibility for an extra bed by means of a sofa bed 135x195. 2 bicycles, free of charge. The building is adjacent to a natura 2000 area. 100 m: outdoor swimming pool (2 x 50 m outdoor and ). Open from May to August. 50 m: petting zoo. 500 m: supermarket 50 m: electric car charging station Tourist tax is 3.95 per person per day and must be paid separately.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is completely free and in nature (natura 2000). It is located on the outskirts of Breda, against Ulvenhout. Close to the city and yet in the middle of nature.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund

- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
