Very private property with view into the forest, 5min walk to Körbaer See! - last house on the way - GDR charm, simply & comfortably furnished, almost everything second hand - pets welcome: no extra charge, completely fenced - living room with large sofa (1.00 m lying surface) - bedroom with 1.40 m wide, raised bed - small kitchen: hob, mini oven, kettle, SodaStream, organic Fairtrade espresso - contact grill, large gas grill - external bathroom (access from outside), low shower, washing machine & dishwasher, not modernized, very simple - heating: Infrared heaters & portable oil radiator - WLAN inside & outside - hammocks, beach chair, seating in the garden - parking directly in front of the door (shaded area) - 1 bicycle - binoculars, mushroom & bird identification book - shopping facilities: 6 min to Konsum in Lebusa by car, larger selection approx. 10 min away - eBike charging station at the lake
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is nestled in the pine forest, just a few minutes from Lake Körba. The lake offers a sandy beach with boat rental, playground, toilets & snack bar, but also many quiet bays within walking distance. The site is located directly on the Flaming Skate & the Rochauer Heide, a protected nature reserve with vast forests & rare wildlife, begins nearby. A forest path starts directly at the property, perfect for walks, bike rides or jogging. Squirrels & birds are frequent visitors. If you like, you can also simply enjoy nature in the garden - in a beach chair or in one of the hammocks. There is a small café & restaurant in the village serving regional food. The small supermarket in Lebusa can be reached by bike in 12 minutes. Larger purchases can be done in 22 minutes by bike in Dahme. Travel by public transport: Körba am See is easily accessible by bus and train, for example via Jüterbog or Luckau/Uckro. I am happy to give you tips here.
