Delightful 4-person villa with private pool, quietly located in the middle of the forest between Den Burg and De Koog. In early 2026, the villa will be completely renovated and expanded to a 6-person villa with 2 bathrooms. The spacious living room has large windows that are in direct connection with the garden and swimming pool. There is a sitting area with Smart TV and a dining area for 4 people. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, convection oven and several coffee makers, among other things. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs you will find an additional toilet. Outside you will enjoy a private pool with lounge sofa and outdoor shower, a poolside terrace and a fenced terrace at the back. Furthermore: parking for 2 cars, washing machine, dryer, children's furniture, free wifi. Pets not allowed. Children are not allowed at the pool unsupervised. There is a 1000 euro deposit.
