This nature house is located in the yard of a knitting workshop and farm that wants to stimulate the application and use of wool in the Netherlands. (The Knitwit Stable) Around this nature house you will also find our sheep and goats who give us their wool from which we make sweaters, scarves, hats, socks and the like. During your stay you can come and take a look in our workshop, This nature house is fully equipped. From a complete kitchen to a wood stove so that both summer and winter can be used. For hot summers there is an air conditioner that provides cooling by means of solar panels. Although there is wifi available we encourage an off-grid stay. So you will find no TV but a record player (so bring your vinyl ;-) The veranda offers a wide view over the meadows.

A solidly built cottage; the quality is definitely good. Well-located in a very rural setting.

A charming little cottage next to a wool farm. It was nice to be able to look around there. It’s so wonderful that there are people who are committed to their ideals.

What a lovely little house—with views of the meadows, hares, sheep, storks, and beautiful cloudy skies. The A2 is within earshot, but I got used to it quickly.

It’s wonderful—a beautiful sunset every evening, peaceful and so cozy with the sheep wandering past your cottage.
