This lovingly furnished 86 m² vacation apartment offers you everything you need for a relaxing break - ideal for up to 4 people. The accommodation has two cozy bedrooms, each with 2 single beds for a restful night's sleep - high-quality bed linen is of course included. In the fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, as well as toaster, kettle, coffee machine & blender, you will find everything you need to cook. In the bright living room, a cosy couch and a peaceful atmosphere await you. The bathroom with natural light offers a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer, as well as a washing machine for added convenience. Please bring your own towels! The 6,000 m² property with alpacas has its own garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a playground, children's toys and 10 free bicycles!

Our small village of Schmatzin is nestled in the vast, unspoilt landscape of Western Pomerania and is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you will find a rural idyll, fresh air and a soothing silence, accompanied only by the chirping of birds and the rustling of trees. The surrounding area invites you to take long walks, cycle tours and nature explorations. Discover picturesque avenues, gentle fields and dreamy forests - a paradise for nature lovers. There are also small lakes and charming villages nearby that invite you to linger and explore. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beaches can be reached in around 30-40 minutes by car and is perfect for a day trip. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Anklam are also within easy reach and offer cultural highlights, cozy cafés and interesting history.
