Spacious 8-person country house with 3 bathrooms, quietly situated among the dunes with a view of the countryside. The bright living room features a sitting area, a dining table for 8, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Five bedrooms. Two bedrooms in the basement, both with a double box spring bed. One bedroom on the ground floor, wheelchair accessible, with a double box spring bed and an ensuite bathroom; access to the terrace through a sliding door. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double box-spring bed and the other with a double box-spring bed; one room has a TV. Each floor has a separate restroom. The sunny, south-facing garden offers plenty of privacy, multiple seating areas, awnings, and a trampoline. Garden furniture is provided. Includes 3 private parking spaces, a crib, high chair, and stair gates, and free Wi-Fi. Smoking is not permitted.

This charming country house is situated in a peaceful and unique location on the Gerritslanderdijkje near Den Burg, surrounded by small dune valleys and overlooking the vast Texel countryside. Here you can enjoy complete peace and quiet, while the lively center of Den Burg and Texel’s beaches are just a short distance away. From the living room, you can step right out into the spacious, sunny south-facing garden. The garden offers plenty of privacy and is equipped with comfortable seating, sunshades, and a trampoline for the children—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
