NEW August 2025. Detached independent living space for up to 3 persons This guest house is located in Wognum, against the small village of Wadway. A beautiful location overlooking the meadows, at the back of our garden, 40 meters from our own house. You have a terrace with seating and loungers and a veranda at the front, located on the water. Pets and smoking are not allowed.Downstairs you will find the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with built-in induction hob, a refrigerator with freezer, a filter coffee maker and a kettle (coffee and tea are provided), a small oven and a dishwasher (tablets provided). kitchen utensils are plentiful. Nature and surroundings
The city of Hoorn is 6.5 km away and is easily accessible by car, bicycle or public transport. Hoorn is located on the Markermeer and has a beautiful city beach, and by car you can reach the coast within 40 minutes. A small but very cozy cottage that has just about everything you need. There’s space on all sides (not a lot, but just enough) to sit comfortably or lie on the lounge chairs, with a view of ditches, meadows, pollarded willows, cows, flowers, and more. Beautiful! We really enjoyed the sunsets. We had a very warm—you could even say hot—week, so we were glad to have the air conditioning. All the windows and doors had screens, so the breeze could come in and the bugs stayed out. We slept wonderfully in a great bed. Everything was very comfortable. The hosts were so friendly; everything went smoothly and was relaxed. A great base for bike rides and visits to charming little towns. In short, a really lovely place!!
Een klein, maar heel fijn huisje waar eigenlijk alles op en aan zit. Aan alle kanten ruimte (niet veel, maar gewoon genoeg) om lekker te zitten of op de ligbedden te liggen, met uitzicht op sloten, weilanden, knotwilgen, koeien, bloemen enz. Prachtig! We hebben genoten van de zonsondergangen. We troffen een hele warme - zeg maar hete - week, en waren dus blij met de airco. Ramen en deuren allemaal voorzien van horren, dus de wind kon binnen en de beestjes bleven buiten. Heerlijk geslapen in een prima bed. Alles zeer comfortabel. Gezellige gastvrouw- en heer, alles verliep gemoedelijk en ontspannen. Leuke uitvalsbasis voor fietstochtjes en bezoek aan mooie stadjes. Kortom, een hele fijne plek!!
