Welcome to this cozy nature house in the middle of the forest, on the edge of the beautiful White Mountains nature reserve. This charming house is perfect for peace seekers, hikers and families who want to enjoy the silence and beauty of nature.The cozy living room has large windows that look out on the surrounding greenery, making you feel completely at one with nature. The nature house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two separate single beds. In addition, on the landing there is a cozy box bed, a bit on the small side for two adults, but a wonderful sleeping place for two children! Your dog is very welcome, and parking is available right next to the cottage. The nature house is a nice place to unwind, recharge and enjoy nature in any season! Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located directly on hiking and biking trails, including the beautiful Reest valley. In the vicinity you will find forests, heathland, small streams and picturesque villages. A short distance away are Meppel, Staphorst and National Park Dwingelderveld. Also perfect as a base for a day trip to Giethoorn. During your stay you may use, among other things, the swimming facilities at the nearby campsite 'De Vossenburcht'. On the keychain you will find a key labeled 'DOM'. With this key you can enter the campsite through the gate between cottage 3 and 5. At the campsite you will find, among other things, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a snack bar, a restaurant and a cozy children's playground. It is also possible to rent bicycles here. Playpond De Zwarte Dennen The recreational pond De Zwarte Dennen (distance 3.5km) is a wonderful place to enjoy nice weather. The pond is surrounded by sand - perfect for sunbathing, building sandcastles or paddling in the shallow water.
