A spacious 86 m² vacation apartment in the idyllic village of Schmatzin. The apartment impresses with plenty of space, good facilities and its particularly quiet location. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and much more - perfect for enjoying culinary delights. The accommodation has two cosy bedrooms with single beds, a large living room, TV and sitting area. Bed linen is included, you must bring your own towels. A modern bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer, as well as a separate WC provide extra comfort. A baby crib, high chair, lots of toys and a private playground ensure that even the little ones feel completely at home. 10 bicycles are available free of charge for excursions into the countryside or sightseeing in Anklam, Wolgast or on Usedom. The alpacas on the 6,000 m² property are a unique experience for all guests!

Our small village of Schmatzin is nestled in the vast, unspoilt landscape of Western Pomerania and is the perfect retreat for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you will find a rural idyll, fresh air and a soothing silence, accompanied only by the chirping of birds and the rustling of trees. The surrounding area invites you to take long walks, cycle tours and nature explorations. Discover picturesque avenues, gentle fields and dreamy forests - a paradise for nature lovers. There are also small lakes and charming villages nearby that invite you to linger and explore. The Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beaches can be reached in around 30-40 minutes by car and is perfect for a day trip. The Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Anklam are also within easy reach and offer cultural highlights, cozy cafés and interesting history.
