Beautiful caravan among greenery to escape from everyday hustle and bustle. The caravan is on a small campsite on our farm in the outskirts of Broek in Waterland. On the campsite you seem to be closed off from the farm and the rest of the outside world and you will stay here mostly (almost) alone. Back to basics, no WiFi and no TV but a lot of nature, waking up with the birds and gathering your breakfast outside! You will find peace and quiet when you walk around the campsite and you can walk and cycle endlessly from the yard or take a tour by whisper boat or canoe. At the old mill you can enjoy the sunset over the lake. Visit along is no problem with a tent in the garden (book other costs), we can possibly put down. Dogs are not allowed. We have no luxury facilities at the campsite and are not equipped for children.
Nature and surroundings
Imagine yourself in the South of France in a unique location just 15 car minutes from Amsterdam Center. The bus stops in the village and from the stop you can walk to us in half an hour or we can pick you up. At the mobile homes you imagine yourself in the forest and when you walk out of the yard you are among the meadows. The campsite itself is full of all kinds of fruit bushes and trees. There are numerous routes for walking or cycling through the surrounding villages in Waterland and along the Markermeer. The Migratory Bird Trail runs right past the farm! It is also a beautiful area to view from the water, canoes are generally always available and boats can be booked in advance. Directly at the farmyard it is not so nice to swim, but you are with the canoe in 5 minutes at safe swimming water. On our farm you will also find mostly horses and we keep small livestock.

Joep en Linda August 7, 2025 General rating:Caravan was top! Environment beautiful , we have cycled several times. Close to Amsterdam was an advantage for us. Hostess Bonnie was super nice. You could ask anything and since I was difficult to walk, I could unpack my car close to the caravan and was shown a shorter and "level" way to the car. I didn't have to walk up the small hill that way. The caravan was well equipped and very clean. Sanitary facilities were outside the caravan and also clean. Overall a lovely weekend and we will definitely be back.
Caravan was top! Omgeving prachtig , we hebben verschillende keren gefietst. Vlak bij Amsterdam was voor ons een pre. Gastvrouw Bonnie was superaardig. Je mocht alles vragen en aangezien ik moelijk te been was mocht auto bij uitpakken even dicht bij de caravan gereden worden en werd er voor mij een kortere en 'gelijkvloerse'' weg gewezen naar de auto. Ik hoefde zo het kleine heuveltje niet op te lopen. De caravan was goed uitgerust en heel schoon. Sanitair was buiten de caravan en ook schoon. Kortom een heerlijk weekend en we komen zeker nog een keer terug.
