We bought this special place where 4 families used to live about 10 years ago. Since 2 years we have 2 apartments completely restored and beautifully decorated. Last year we rented them out for the first time and both we and the tenants liked them very much! There are 2 apartments that we rent to 1 group / family so it does not become a vacation park. We may be there ourselves but mainly in the farmhouse on the other side of the plot and in the outdoor kitchen. The beautiful blue natural pool (6 * 12 m) is shared but we do not use it very much. The upper apartment (4 /5 p) has 2 bedrooms (one can possibly add a crib or mattress), 1 bathroom and a living-dining kitchen with terrace. The lower apartment (2 p) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a living-dining kitchen with terrace. We have a real pizza oven!
Nature and surroundings
The location is in Emilia Romagna 100 km below Milan above Bettola. Our place is in the village of Ebbio or rather just outside it, because from the church in Ebbio it is still a short walk or drive with a 4x4 to get to the top. No 4 x 4? No problem, we pick up your luggage at the church. You can hike and mountain bike in the area, go to the river at Bobbio, there are all kinds of markets and above all it is a relief to be on top of the mountain!
