The front part of the house entirely for private use, consisting of entrance, toilet, living room with loft and sliding doors to the terraces. Pantry with provision tea/coffee Nespresso, one hob, small fridge with freezer. Through a spiral staircase (in private residence) to second floor where the bedroom is located with panoramic views over the nature reserve. Private bathroom with bath, two sinks, toilet and shower. Maximum 2 persons. No pets and children allowed. Private parking. For longer stays possible on request (Pantry incl. fridge and hot plate for breakfast).
