In this spacious Yurt tent you sleep in the middle of nature. From the tent you look out over the fields and rose hips. Sleep in the luxurious box-spring bed. In warm weather, you open all the windows and part of the roof so that the tent can be a breath of fresh air. When the weather is less clement, you can also have fun in the tent. Here you can read or play games at the table and chairs. You also have a fridge, filter coffee maker, kettle, gas stove, plates, cups and cutlery, an outside seating area with table and chairs and a lounge chair/bench. You have free wifi at the sanitary building. The bed is 180 x 200 cm and the comforter 200 x 240 cm.
Nature and surroundings
From the campsite you can make beautiful walks on country roads and through meadows. The campsite is located 800 meters from the dike with Ringvaart canal and windmills: a typical North Holland scene. Take a walk around one of our nearby lakes, or drive to the beach and dunes for beautiful walks and bike rides.The campsite is located in the small village of Hensbroek. Go swimming in the recreational lake barely 1.5 kilometers away. 3 kilometers away is Obdam with 2 supermarkets, an outdoor swimming pool, train station and 2 restaurants. Heerhugowaard is right next to Hensbroek, with many restaurants, bars, a bowling alley, cinema, indoor swimming pool and large indoor shopping center Middenwaard. After 30 minutes drive you are at the coast. A 15-minute drive takes you to the beautiful small towns of Hoorn and Alkmaar with its cheese market. Amsterdam is 40 minutes away by car.
