The house is quiet and free, on a cul-de-sac and is situated on half an acre of garden. The house has a very spacious living room (6x6m) with wood stove and spacious kitchen/dining room, furthermore it has a simple bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. The 3 bedrooms are on the second floor, where there is also a room with a toilet and a sink.
Nature and surroundings
Very rich nature with dunes and salt marshes; many bicycle possibilities in the polder and from the house you can walk to the Kwade Hoek. From the Kwade Hoek you can walk on to Ouddorp and even the Brouwersdam. The historic town of Goedereede is within walking distance, shopping can be done in Stellendam, which includes a country store, or Ouddorp which is within cycling distance.
