This spacious estate apartment (June 2025/100 m2) with 2 bedrooms offers maximum privacy both inside and outside the home. The interior is decorated using natural materials and tones. All windows offer views of the surrounding nature. The living room features a spacious sliding glass door leading to your private terrace, which is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture. Here, you can enjoy the outdoors in complete privacy. A fire pit and barbecue can be provided. You can relax comfortably in the cozy sitting area with a Smart TV. The dining table is positioned by the windows and offers a beautiful view of the meadows. The two spacious bedrooms are accessible from the entryway. The master bedroom has a 160 x 210 bed and features a small desk for working. The other bedroom has a 160 x 200 bed and a door leading to its own terrace. Bed, bath, and kitchen linens are included.
Nature and surroundings
Erve Triesthaar is a 6-hectare private estate with a rich history. The lush forest edges and herb-rich fields provide ample space for biodiversity. Roe deer and hares are regular visitors. The many birds make for a pleasant awakening. The large pond provides an aquatic habitat for insects, frogs, and salamanders. We grow wheat in the field. Erve Triesthaar is not far from civilization; via the Lossers footpath, you can walk to the heart of Oldenzaal in 20 minutes, and a bus stop is located 950 meters away. And did you know that the Lossers footpath is part of the Sint Jacobspad? Erve Triesthaar is an ideal starting point for cyclists and hikers. You can choose from countless routes that take you past the most beautiful spots in Twente, such as Tankenberg, Ootmarsum, and the Lutterzand. The German countryside also offers many beautiful places, including Bad Bentheim Castle. We’d be happy to recommend the most scenic routes, interesting museums, and the best restaurants.
