This spacious estate apartment (June 2025/100 m2) with 2 bedrooms offers maximum privacy in and around the house. The interior is decorated using natural materials and tones. From all windows you overlook the surrounding nature. The living room has a spacious sliding door to your private terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture. Here you can privately enjoy the outdoors. A fire basket and barbecue can be provided, and you can relax in the comfortable sitting area with Smart television. The dining table is by the windows and offers beautiful views over the meadows. From the hall you reach the 2 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a 160 x210 bed and has a small desk to work at. The other bedroom has a 160x200 bed and a door to a private terrace.
Nature and surroundings
Erve Triesthaar is a private estate of 6 Ha with a valuable past. The rich forest edges and herb-rich fields offer plenty of room for biodiversity. Deer and hares are regular visitors. The many birds provide a pleasant awakening. The large pond provides an aquatic habitat for insects, frogs and salamanders. In the field we grow wheat. Erve Triesthaar is not far from civilization, via the Lossers footpath you can walk to the heart of Oldenzaal in 20 minutes, a bus stop is 950 meters away. And did you know that the Lossers footpath is part of the Sint Jacobspad? Erve Triesthaar is an ideal starting point for cyclists and walkers. You can choose countless routes along the most beautiful places in Twente, for example Tankenberg, Ootmarsum and the Lutterzand. Also the German hinterland offers many beautiful places, including the castle of Bad Bentheim. We are happy to point out the most beautiful routes, interesting museums and the best restaurants.
