In our brand-new, very spacious, and stylishly furnished, smoke-free nature house, you’ll wake up well-rested surrounded by nature. We rent out two attached houses, each offering plenty of privacy and comfort. We believe a nature house can also offer luxury, and you’ll feel that in every detail here. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Nieuw-Bergen, in the heart of the De Maasduinen nature reserve, and is easily accessible. Outside, you can enjoy a patio with outdoor furniture, a lawn, and lush greenery. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, climate control, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is one bedroom with a double bed (two single duvets). There is also a charging station for electric bikes. Perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, hikers, cyclists, and bon vivants—this is your place in nature, without compromising on comfort.
Nature and surroundings
Our cottage is located in the heart of the De Maasduinen nature reserve; you can walk into the woods in just 5 minutes. The Reindersmeer and Leukermeer lakes are 4 km away, making them ideal for hiking, biking, or relaxing. The Heuloërbroek borders our garden: a diverse nature reserve featuring grasslands, alder swamp forests, and willow thickets, partly managed by Het Limburgs Landschap and Staatsbosbeheer. The surrounding area offers plenty of hiking and biking trails. Visit the Arcen Castle Gardens or the Hertog Jan brewery (both 18 km away). Fancy a day trip to the city? Venray (18 km), Nijmegen, and Venlo (both 30 km) are easily accessible. For a culinary tour through the Limburg countryside, there’s “Happen en Trappen,” where you can enjoy regional dishes during a beautiful bike ride.

The only thing is that close to the nature reserve and the cottage there is an N road. So you do hear traffic.

It was a lovely place, more spacious than the pictures suggest and very complete. Lots of nature nearby and could make beautiful walks in the Maasduinen. As far as we are concerned, worth repeating.
