Spend the night in a mobile home surrounded by flowers and vegetables. Experience the peace and simplicity of outdoor life in our attractive mobile homes. Lovingly decorated in soft colors and surrounded by a blooming vegetable garden, this is the perfect place to get away from it all. In the morning you will wake up to the cheerful singing of birds. In the evening you can enjoy the sunset on the large lawn, with a view of grazing cows. Inside you will find a cozy orange sofa bed, a dining table with two retro chairs and a simple kitchenette with cold running water and a kettle. The toilet is nearby, in a separate building. You can shower outside in the fresh air, or inside if you prefer.Feel like having coffee or tea? In the outbuilding there is a coffee machine with various flavors, often with something tasty to go with it. Prefer to cook yourself? That's possible too - there's a microwave and basic amenities available. A cozy, pure place surrounded by greenery.
Nature and surroundings
The Pipowagen stands 2 kilometers outside the Drenthe town of Ruinen. Ruinen has several restaurants and a cozy village square. If you want to enjoy the terraces in Ruinen, you can use the rental bike. Just over one km away is a bus stop, where you can catch the bus to surrounding places such as Hoogeveen and the authentic town of Meppel. Hikers can enjoy themselves: the Pipowagen is located directly on a hiking junction and close to the Drenthe Trail. Cyclists are also in the right place, with routes that take you through the varied landscape of Drenthe. Mountain bikers? Within 3 kilometers you are on the route and you can go wild! Over 100 kilometers of challenging trails await you - with the VAM mountain as the highlight, of course. Don't have your own mountain bike? No problem! For €30 per day we will gladly arrange one for you. Discover nature. Breathe the fresh air. And unwind at this special place in Drenthe.
