Beautiful mobile homes perfect for escaping the everyday hustle and bustle. The mobile home is located between the trees on a small-scale campsite on our farm in the outskirts of Broek in Waterland. This cottage is spaciously furnished for 2 persons with a king-size bed and an unobstructed view of the meadow. At the campsite you seem to be closed off from the farm and the rest of the outside world and you will stay here mostly (almost) alone. Back to basics, no WiFi and no TV but a lot of nature, waking up with the birds and getting your breakfast together outside! You will find peace when you walk around the campsite and you can walk and cycle endlessly from the yard or go for a tour by whisper boat or canoe. Visit along is no problem with a tent in the garden (book optional cost), we can put it down if necessary. Dogs are not allowed. We have no luxury facilities on the campsite and are not equipped for children.
Nature and surroundings
Imagine yourself in the South of France in a unique location just 15 car minutes from Amsterdam Center. The bus stops in the village and from the stop you can walk to us in half an hour or we can pick you up. At the mobile homes you imagine yourself in the forest and when you walk out of the yard you are among the meadows. The campsite itself is full of all kinds of fruit bushes and trees and so pick your breakfast together. There are numerous routes to walk or bike through the surrounding villages in Waterland and along the Markermeer. The Migratory Bird Trail runs right past the farm! It is also a beautiful area to view from the water, canoes are generally always available and boats can be booked in advance. Directly at the farmyard you cannot swim, but you can reach safe swimming water by canoe in 5 minutes. On our farm you will also find mostly horses and we keep small livestock.
