A dream spot in the middle of the Randstad. Your own bubble for Rest, Love, and Sociability. Pontificaal to the lake and equipped with all the comforts with downstairs: 3 bedrooms / bathroom / toilet and upstairs: a spacious living room / kitchen / toilet. From the living room a great view over the Braassemermeer and downstairs a large veranda with all the privacy you need to read a book or watch a Netflix movie. In the garden is a Sauna + Hot tub so all the ingredients to fully unwind!!! In case of emergencies we live 15 minutes away.
Nature and surroundings
Sleeping on The Braassemermeer, locally known as the Braassem. A 425 hectare lake in the municipality of Kaag & Braassem. On the other side you can look towards Alphen a/d Rijn and on the right you can see Roelofarendsveen and behind that the city of Leiden. No sky is the same so you'll never get bored!!! Feel free to grab the SUB(s) to explore the lake....
