The Bond House is on a quiet semi-paved/sand road located near biking and hiking trails. A pet is welcome. Parking is on site and bikes can be inside if necessary. The house has two bedrooms, an upstairs toilet and a downstairs toilet and a bathroom with shower. There are beds for 4 adults and an extra bed for a larger child. There is also a crib and a playpen available.
Nature and surroundings
This special vacation home is in a beautiful spot, in the middle of the fields on a dirt road. If you sit on the sunny terrace you have a good chance of seeing deer or other animals passing by. Every day you will be woken up by the singing of birds. The house is cozy with a large dining table and a lovely sofa to relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea. From the living room with huge windows you have a fantastic view of the fields and a small forest. From the house you walk straight into nature and you can use the large garden. A short distance away in the village of Zuidlaren are nice restaurants, supermarkets, a swimming pool and a children's play paradise. Assen can be reached within 15 minutes and in 20 minutes you are on the Grote Markt in Groningen. Hiking and cycling paths and many nature reserves, sailing routes and museums are quickly accessible. In short, a wonderful place to enjoy the peace and you have the house and garden all to yourself.
