This beautiful nature house was completely renovated in 2025 and is in a fantastic location with an area of 264m2. The entire cottage is at your private disposal. It has a unique unobstructed view of the famous Westfriese dike. The 2 bedrooms each have a double bed (140*200 and 160*200). In the colder months there are wonderfully warm 4-season comforters waiting for you. Bicycles are allowed in the lockable shed. There is German and Dutch TV and free WIFI. The living room has doors to the large enclosed garden which has sun all day and is also suitable for your dog to run around. The new kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven and stove. The cottage has an electric awning. In the garden there is a large table with 4 comfortable chairs and there is also a sun bed and separate parasol available. All in all a lovely cottage in a beautiful location where the vacation feeling is constantly present.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is centrally located near the beach, dunes, forest and nice villages. Within a stone's throw you will find the Schoorl dunes and woods, the lagoon of Camperduin, the Hondsbossche seawall and many beaches. Enough opportunities for wonderful walking or cycling trips or a day at the beach to plan. The cottage is great in a quiet location 3 km from Schoorl with the famous Klimduin of 55meter high and near the cute village of Warmenhuizen. Furthermore, Alkmaar (the cheese market) and Schagen (West Frisian folklore) are fifteen minutes away. Also in the vicinity enough supply of nice restaurants and cozy cafes. We could not get the gas stove to burn after the first night. The hosts immediately provided a solution and there was also a good contact with them. To compensate for this inconvenience we were allowed to stay longer on the last day because the cleaning had been moved to the afternoon so we didn't check out until after noon.
De gaskachel kregen we na de eerste nacht niet meer aan het branden. De verhuurders hebben gelijk voor een oplossing gezorgd en er was ook een goed contact met hen. Ter compensatie van dit ongemak mochten we de laatste dag langer blijven want de schoonmaak was naar de middag verplaatst waardoor we pas na de middag hebben uitgecheckt.
