The welcome was great. There was wine, chips, and dog treats. Very thoughtful. The cottages are spacious enough, and the gardens are well-maintained. The cottages themselves could use a better cleaning, though. There were a lot of old cobwebs, and while the floor appeared clean, there were actually large clouds of dust and dog hair underneath the rug, sofa, and beds. The coffee pot and toaster really needed to be replaced. The garden gate was very low, making it harder for people with back problems to open it. But other than that, we have no complaints and had a wonderful time at nature houses. The email communication was also very pleasant and clear.
