Welcome to a charming cozy vacation home in Holten. A lovely place in the middle of nature, on the edge of the Holterberg and the vast nature reserve De Borkeld. Through the gate you drive onto your own courtyard. The house has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The luxurious bathroom has a rain shower and double sink, with a separate toilet next to it on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms: one downstairs with a double bed and two upstairs, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is room for two cars under the double carport and bicycles can be stored in the barn. Outside there is plenty of room to play, including swings, making Het Boshofje also very suitable for families. An ideal place to unwind in a wooded area!

Nature, peace & environment:Lovely cottage in the middle of nature, with a beautiful shady garden with curious squirrels. Tastefully decorated, fully equipped and with super friendly owners. Perfect base for walking and cycling in the Salland Ridge and surroundings of Markelo. We will definitely come back here!"
