Nature house in Gulpen

Regarding the layout of our 10-person vacation home, we can highlight the following features: - large living room measuring 4.5 meters by 10 meters; - fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and convection oven; - spacious sitting area with double patio doors leading to a private patio with patio furniture and a parasol, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding meadows with cows and horses; - on the first floor: two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed for two people, and a bathroom (with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and two large sinks); - on the second floor: a four-person bedroom with a sink; - All beds are single beds placed side by side, measuring 2.00 meters by 90 centimeters (so extra wide); - The entire house is furnished with very sturdy and modern furnishings; - We also guarantee that the home is THOROUGHLY clean, as we handle the cleaning ourselves.

Opportunities for active recreation on the Pesakerdal property, including in a large indoor recreation hall: On our own property, there are many opportunities to get active, even if the weather isn’t great or during the long (winter) evenings. - For small children and young teens, there’s a fun playground and a trampoline (with a safety net) - For everyone (all ages), there’s a large play area with a soccer field, a volleyball court, a basketball court, and two sets of kubb - There’s a large, fun indoor recreation room (15 by 10 meters) with a ping-pong table, shuffleboard, darts, foosball, billiards, and about 15 children’s bikes in various sizes. Everything is free, of course. During summer vacation, you can cool off in the “de Gulp” stream, which runs along the edge of our property. Or visit the Mosaqua subtropical swimming pool in Gulpen. South Limburg offers rolling landscapes, traditional half-timbered farmhouses, authentic towns, and local delicacies.
