At walking distance (300m) from the village of Haasdonk and cycling distance (15km) from Antwerp, you will find this unique oasis of green. This place represents a place where people feel good and biodiversity flourishes. The garden is 2,600 m² with a large vegetable garden, sauna (included in the price), (swimming) pond, edible forest garden / food forest and berry garden. A place where nature, food and people come together, at the edge of a village.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in the green and quiet village, Haasdonk. Within walking distance you can go to the beautiful park Hof ter Saksen. This is one of the most beautiful closed park forests in the Waasland region. The showpiece is the beautiful 18th-century castle. In addition, you can easily cycle to Antwerp by taking the water bus (7km to De Waterbus) and arrive directly in the heart of the city by boat. Or if you prefer to stay on this side of the Scheldt, the national park Scheldt Valley is definitely worth a visit! The strength of this location is that it brings nature, food and people together. The nature house is located on the edge of a village, this includes typical village sounds: church, neighbors, .... which are combined with sounds of nature. This makes for a unique experience!
