The nature house is an old cottage with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the entrance is shared through a front door with hall, on which both rooms open. The cottage is on the outside a traditional Bucovina-style house, inside it is modernized and equipped with all comforts. It is part of a complex of two cottages and a small campsite, as well as a restaurant on the same site. In the grounds there are game facilities such as a badminton and volleyball court, a bowling alley and a waterside terrace.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located 1 km from the village of Valea Stanii and 6 km from the village of Carlibaba, in the middle of forests and mountains, on the river Bistritsa, easily reached by road DN18. The grounds around the house are surrounded by a fence and secured with cameras. In the immediate vicinity is the national nature reserve Muntii Rodnei, where beautiful walks towards mountain lakes and the peaks of 2300 can be made. In the direction of the North, beautiful bicycle tours can be made, on the river you can take a canoe trip, if there is enough water. A cultural day trip from our location towards the monasteries of Bucovina can introduce you to the most important 5 monasteries from the 16th century, where the heyday of Moldova is visible in art and architecture.
