Our house is about 300 years old. We bought it as a ruin and rebuilt it. At first, it was meant just for us, but then we opened it up to guests, since a house can’t stand empty for too long. If our guests can appreciate its potential and charm, they’ll feel right at home!
Nature and surroundings
There are many options for day trips on our peninsula and on the nearby mainland. About 3 km from us, there’s an old Austrian fortress right on the road to ROSE Beach (which also has some good restaurants), numerous churches, and the opportunity to take a boat ride to an old submarine tunnel and the Blue Grotto. There are several beaches all around, and you can visit the new town at the other end of Luśtica, which features large boats, as well as a few restaurants and shops. There’s something for everyone!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:24 AM and 7:24 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
