My nature house stands on the edge of the village overlooking our frog pool and private forest of 1,200m with free-range chickens and lots of bird sounds.In my attractively decorated wooden house you can enjoy the tranquility, get back to basics and catch your breath.Also enjoy a campfire in the firebowl or start a fire in the outdoor stove at a covered lounge area.On the ground floor is a kitchenette with cooking facilities, electricity and refrigerator.The sleeping area is accessible by stairs to the second floor. Outside there is cold running water and within 5 meters is our dry toilet. There is no shower.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht and easily accessible by public transport. Within a distance of 500 meters are a restaurant, snack bar, supermarket and a butcher. Swimming & recreation park De Koet, is 5 minutes away in the village to find and in the summer months open from mid-April to mid-September (hot showers available;)) There is swimming water and you can enjoy fishing here also you can rent a 2 person kayak with us (€ 10) to nature from the water to experience, possibly to 'The Big Sniep' coffee and pastry food or Heinoomsvaart (swimming recreation / snack) or to Reinaerde teahouse on the Crooked Mijdrecht. By bicycle you can cover many kilometers, for example on the Hollandse kade through which you cycle right through the meadows. Many beautiful routes for example along the Vecht, to castle de Haar (6.5 km), Heinoomsvaart, the Grote Sniep or cycling to the Haeck (7 km) to explore a beautiful forest on foot.

It was really a beautiful place. We enjoyed the peace and quiet in and around the cottage. It was simple but very cozy and comfortable.
