Our vacation home in our yard in the outskirts of Zuidwolde has been completely renovated and renewed in 2024. We live on the edge of a forest surrounded by nature, just 5 minutes drive from Hoogeveen and 30 minutes drive from Zwolle. Among the fruit trees in our large garden is our vacation house with its own facilities. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and is suitable for two persons. The bedroom contains a double bed and is separated from the living kitchen by a sliding glass wall. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and vanity unit. Through the large sliding doors you can walk straight into the garden and orchard!
Nature and surroundings
From the vacation home you can immediately start walking in nature or enjoy the peace, space and beautiful surroundings. The vacation home stands on the edge of forest and is surrounded by nature and heathland where Scottish Highlanders and sheep graze. By bike you are within minutes in Zuidwolde with many amenities including several supermarkets, Blokker, Kruitvat, Action etc. Through the forest you cycle in 25 minutes to Hoogeveen with an extensive range of stores, cafes and restaurants. By car it is only 5 minutes drive to Hoogeveen and 30 minutes drive to Zwolle. From the vacation home are several bicycle and walking routes already indicated, and from here you can enjoy Drenthe further explore. A must is the beautiful Reestdal on the border between Drenthe and Overijssel. But enjoying the nature at the edge of the heathland near the cottage is of course also possible!

Nature, peace & environment:Fine cottage for persons, fully equipped. Nice view and good base for walking and cycling. You are in the middle of nature and walk straight into the woods and moors.
Prima huisje voor personen, van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht en goed uitvalsbasis voor wandel en fietstochten. Je zit midden in de natuur en loopt zo de bossen en heidevelden in.
