In summer the meadows hum, in winter the snow crunches - every season has its own magic here. The municipality of Bernau stretches in a breathtakingly beautiful high valley from 900 meters to over 1415 meters above sea level on the Herzogenhorn, the second highest peak in the Black Forest.
