On the outskirts of beautiful Gilze, away from the hustle and bustle and with beautiful views over the meadows you will find the B&B. An ideal, quiet spot from where you can enjoy hiking, biking or soaking up culture. The fantastic studios are equipped with all modern conveniences, although you will probably spend most of your time outside. After all, the green surroundings and the meadow views invite you to explore and discover! - Brand new studios- Wake up in the greenery- Delightful base Tips for an unforgettable visit: jump on your bike and explore the rich surroundings. The Barony of Breda is a true cycling paradise with varied landscapes, forests, meadows, moors and villages. Boswachterij Dorst and the beautiful Chaamse Bossen are also just five kilometers away, and Tilburg and Breda can also be visited after a short bike ride. There you can enjoy shopping or soak up culture in one of the interesting museums.
Nature and surroundings
Gilze is known for its many initiatives to promote biodiversity. The enthusiastic owners of this nature house will be happy to tell you more about this. For example, about the Wouwervallei, a citizens' initiative that contributes to the restoration of natural habitats. Perfectly matching the ambitions of Van Gogh National Park, here you will find five hectares of pools, wooded banks and wet lowlands for water storage. But the Bee Deal is also fun, aimed at improving habitat for bees and other beneficial insects. Other tips in the area include enclave village Baarle, the Fietsallee between Breda and Alphen and mock airfield De Kiek (constructed during WWII as "Scheinflughafen Kamerun").
