Our bungalow is located in a quiet park with several bungalows, all separated by trees and shrubs, surrounded by nature. There is direct access to the forest, where bike paths lead through the woods to Hardenberg and Dedemsvaart. The bungalow has central heating. It features a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. It is also wheelchair accessible. There is also a second bathroom with a toilet and sink, directly connected to bedroom 2. There is also a loft with a sitting area and two single beds, accessible directly from the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an electric oven combined with a gas stove. Right next door, less than 100 meters from our bungalow, is the forest with its beautiful natural surroundings where you can go for a walk or a bike ride. Nearby is also the Capfun campground, which offers amenities such as a restaurant, a cafeteria, and a swimming pond with free access. There’s also a bowling center and an indoor swimming pool there. And then there’s the Oldemeijer swimming lake, right in the middle of the forest near neighboring Hardenberg. You’ll also find beautiful hiking and biking trails here. The Vecht Valley, including the village of Ommen, is definitely worth a visit. It’s a great place for fishing and boating. Restaurants, leisure activities, and nature can be found everywhere in this region.

A beautiful little cottage. Clean and bright. It had everything we needed for our vacation. But the outdoor area could use a little attention. Still, it was wonderful.
