This brand new nature house is tucked away near Amsterdam, on a spacious and green 2000 m² plot. An ideal place for peace seekers who want to experience nature, with the city still close by. The cozy Tiny house is almost finished and is decorated with love and attention to detail. Inside you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160x200), a neat bathroom and a compact kitchen with a combination microwave and Nespresso machine. The bright living room has a soft sofa, a dining area, air conditioning and a large window with idyllic views of a ditch and the surrounding greenery. Outside, enjoy the morning sun on the spacious porch or patio. On the grounds are a large picnic table and a wood-fired pizza oven - perfect for long, summer evenings. Nauerna is a green and rural hamlet just above Amsterdam, surrounded by meadows, ditches and old farms. Here you stay in the middle of the open polder landscape, with an idyllic view across the ditch towards the dike. A perfect place to walk, cycle and enjoy nature. In spring and summer the landscape is lively and full of color, while in autumn and winter it is quiet and grand. Nearby you will find nature reserve Spaarnwoude, the dunes and the beach - ideal for those who love fresh air and space. Amsterdam, Haarlem and the Zaanse Schans are also surprisingly close by and are easily accessible by car or bicycle. Nauerna lies under an approach route from Schiphol Airport. Planes can sometimes be heard here, but otherwise it is a place of peace and quiet. A special location for those who seek the outdoors, but still want the city nearby.
