The property includes two fully equipped kitchens, a sauna, and a large terrace. Original architectural elements like exposed timber beams, vintage tiles, and antique furnishings blend seamlessly with modern amenities, creating an ideal setting for group retreats, workshops, or family gatherings.

Surrounded by fields and just minutes from the Baltic Sea, Landhaus Rahlff offers a peaceful and private setting. Located near the Orther Reede coast, the house is less than 1 km from various beaches—ranging from quiet natural shores to sandy bays ideal for swimming or water sports. Popular surf spots like Gold and Strukkamp-Huk, surf schools, and a golf course are close by. The 20,000 m² garden features old fruit trees, open lawns, and a traditional stone wall—perfect for picnics, play, or relaxing. A hidden highlight: a prehistoric megalithic tomb lies in a small grove behind the fields, adding a sense of timelessness to the surroundings.
