This nature house is truly a wonderful place to stay. There are three different spots where you can sit outside. There’s always a spot in the shade and one in the sun. The house is decorated really nicely, and the kitchen is stocked with oil, coffee, tea, and dish soap. There’s a dartboard outside, which we really enjoyed playing. We built a campfire several evenings and roasted marshmallows—so much fun! We thought it was really cute that you can see two pigs right outside. Every morning and evening, they come right up to the door to graze on the grass. We traveled by public transit; there’s a bus stop just 5 minutes away, and the supermarket is a 10-minute walk. We went canoeing in Ommen, which we highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun activity.

Er is altijd wel een plek in de schaduw en in de zon. Het huisje is super leuk ingericht en in de keuken staat al olie, koffie, thee en afwas middel klaar. Buiten hangt een dartbord, wat wij erg leuk vonden om te doen. Wij hebben meerdere avonden een kampvuur gemaakt en marshmallows gegeten, erg leuk! Dat je uitkijkt op twee varkens vonden wij erg schattig. Elke ochtend en avond komen ze vlak voor de deur lekker gras eten. Wij waren met het ov en er zit op 5 min afstand een bushalte en de supermarkt zit op 10 minuutjes loopafstand. Wij gingen kanoën in Ommen en dat is wel een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar een leuke activiteit.
