Our charming log cabin for 2 people is situated in a beautiful secluded location on our farm in central Sweden. Nestled in an idyllic landscape with a view of the forest and meadow. The lake is not far away and can be seen from the property. Cosy house with wood-burning stove, an open kitchen (2 hotplates, sink with cold water, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc.), a cosy sleeping area as well as a dining area and armchair in front of the wood-burning stove. The tasteful toilet house (modern dry separate toilet) and the outdoor shower (cold water only) are located right next to the log cabin. Wonderful terrace with a view of the forest and meadow. Deer, fox and hare are regular guests here. The open fireplace is perfect for cozy and warm barbecue evenings.
Nature and surroundings
The log cabin is located in the beautiful mountain region of central Sweden. This region is known for its dense, untouched forests, sparkling lakes and picturesque hilly nature. A rowing boat is available for you down by the lake and is within walking distance. You can fish for pike and perch here without a fishing licence and with a bit of luck. Kayaks can be hired from us for a small fee. The surrounding area is a veritable mountain bike paradise and offers several routes with different levels of difficulty - a dream for sports enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers. Start hikes or walks right from the doorstep, pick blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms and experience the beauty of the Swedish countryside. If you're lucky, you might even spot a moose.

We were very satisfied, everything was as shown and described in the pictures, but we would have liked to have read in the description that there was ONLY cold water. But we were fine with that too.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es war auch alles, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und beschrieben, jedoch hätten wir gerne in der Beschreibung gelesen, dass es NUR Kaltwasser gibt. Aber auch damit sind wir klargekommen.
