The Front House is a self-contained apartment for up to 6 people. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & living room and garden. On a magnificent spot on Texel near nature reserve Waalenburg and seaside resort De Koog. Het Voorhuis is located at the front of the farmhouse. You enter in the cozy living room with a spacious sitting area, on the ground floor you will find a bedroom and a cozy kitchen. Through the stairs in the living room you will reach the second floor where there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom. During your stay you have access to a lovely terrace with separated front garden and you can use the garden furniture, such as table, chairs, parasol and bbq. Nature and surroundings
The Farm is located next to nature reserve polder Waalenburg, the second piece of nature that Jac. P. Thijsse once purchased and where Natuurmonumenten is strengthening nature. If lucky, you can find ruffs and rare orchids. By bike you can easily reach the dunes of Texel, a National Park, or cycle along the dike overlooking the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.
