Experience peace, nature and comfort in this characteristic haystack, stylishly decorated and suitable for 4 people. The love for wood is visible in the warm, natural finish with various types of wood. A special place for those who want to relax in the beautiful Twente countryside. The brand new house includes a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer), a bathroom with rain shower, sink and heated mirror, and a toilet. The upper floor contains a bedroom with box spring (180x210 cm) and bedroom with bunk beds (80 x 200cm). Modern amenities and extra comfort - Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor - Free wifi available - Mosquito nets On the covered terrace you can relax, enjoy the setting sun and, with a little luck, spot deer appearing in the meadow at night. Discover the sound of the kestrel and the call of the little owl in the evening. Hares shoot by across the yard - pure nature.
Nature and surroundings
The yard is home to a small sawmill where the owner is happy to demonstrate his passion for the craft to you. The haystack is located on a private estate combining agriculture and nature management. The owners work with great love for a beautiful Twents landscape. They do this by planting and managing trees/wooded banks, sowing flower strips and keeping honey bees that pollinate plants and trees. The beautiful rolling Twentse coulisse landscape invites you for a walk or bike ride. The village of De Lutte with its supermarket and bakery is five minutes away by car. Enjoy a cup of coffee, lunch or dinner on one of the terraces here. Take a walk through the nearby Arboretum or see how fast the water of the meandering Dinkel flows in the Lutterzand. Nearby you have characteristic places (Oldenzaal/Ootmarsum) and just across the border you can go to Bad Bentheim or Tecklenburg.
