The large wooden terrace is the heart of the cottage. Here you look out over a magical, almost picturesque panorama of forests, lakes and mountain scenery. In the morning you drink your first cup of coffee in complete silence; at night you gaze at stars that seem brighter in Scandinavia than anywhere else. The view changes with the seasons - from green summer bliss to a winter world of glistening snow.Inside, the compact mountain cottage is warm and luxuriously decorated with natural materials, soft tones and high-quality finishes. Everything is designed to land you relaxed: a cozy sitting area, a full kitchen with induction and dishwasher, smart layouts and a sense of space and security all at once. It's a home, but with that touch of magic you only feel in special places. Two bedrooms, one loft, and a very comfortable bathroom with underfloor heating equipped with washer/dryer. Sauna and Canadian canoes for a fee.
Nature and surroundings
In the picturesque north of Dalarna, nestled near the Norwegian border and directly opposite the breathtaking Fulufjället National Park, lies the charming town of Sörsjön. In this idyllic location, we have our own 1.3 hectares of grounds: an oasis of peace and natural beauty. On this vast property you will find two attractively furnished mountain cottages, a small but charming camping field with two fully equipped Belltents that perfectly embody the art of simplicity, an inviting sauna and an authentic grill hut. All accommodations and facilities offer an unobstructed view of the southern plateau of Fulufjället, a panorama that caresses both the soul and the eye. They are strategically situated facing southwest, allowing guests to enjoy the warm rays of the sun at any time of day and the enchanting sunsets that set the sky ablaze. Each element has been carefully designed to promote harmony with nature.
