Want to get away from it all, you can on the border of the Netherlands and Belgium! The chalet has been tastefully renovated in 2024 and is suitable for 2(3) adults or a family with max 2 children and also dogs are welcome. The forest garden is "dog friendly" Classification of the Chalet: You enter the living room where the luxurious folding 2 person (sleeping) couch is. The living room has a large sliding door that gives access to the terrace and enclosed garden (sheep fence of 1.20 high). From the living room you enter through the sliding door into the bedroom with 2 separate single beds. There is an open kitchen, bathroom with shower, (separate) toilet and a small storage room. The cottage is privately situated and surrounded by a wooded garden of no less than 450m2. There is a terrace in front and behind the house to enjoy the sun or shade. The cottage is in a child and dog friendly environment, there is virtually no through traffic.
Nature and surroundings
The Chalet is located on a nature park, where we can offer you an ideal combination of rest, relaxation and culture. You can fully enjoy the forest garden, fine walks, cycling and horseback riding routes and in the vicinity are nice cities and culinary restaurants to visit. It is idyllically situated on a quiet nature park, including a tavern and a playground in the middle of the Belgian-Limburg forests. The Chalet's surroundings are ideal for (forest) walks and its central location puts you in Maastricht and Valkenburg within half an hour. Furthermore, you will find Liege at 43 km, where we recommend a visit to the famous Liege market on Sundays. A walk on the Mechelse Heide is also worthwhile. For children, the barefoot path of Zutendaal, located almost around the corner, is highly recommended! On this path dogs are not allowed.
