Welcome to our Portuguese nature house by the water. A place to unwind and enjoy nature. From the house, you can look out over the meadow, the garden, and the water. Our smoke-free nature house is intentionally free of Wi-Fi and television. It’s an invitation to slow down, spend time outdoors, catch up with each other, or simply do nothing for a while. Based on feedback from our guests, we continue to improve our cottage. For example, we’ve added a sink in one of the bedrooms. We’re happy to share this special place with nature lovers who appreciate peace and simplicity. Our cottage is ideal for two people or a family with two children.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on the Ganzendiep (in the IJssel-Delta National Landscape). It’s the last in a row of cottages, offering sweeping views across the meadows and the water. The day begins with dew glistening on the meadows and ends with the setting sun on the dock by the water. Two stand-up paddleboards are waiting for you by the cottage so you can head out onto the water. The Ganzendiep is also perfect for a refreshing dip, both in summer and winter (for the real hardy souls)! Two swimming buoys are ready and waiting for you by the cottage. In between, you can relax in one of the hammocks under the pergola and enjoy the birdsong. A delicious snack platter and a glass of port make it the perfect experience! There are two bikes ready for a ride through the region. The city of Kampen is just a stone’s throw away and easily accessible by bike. Let yourself be charmed by the lively and cozy center of this historic Hanseatic city.
