New In a very special location in Dwingeloo spacious nature house for two people with unobstructed views of nature.The large living room is tastefully decorated, with patio doors giving access to the terrace. This is covered and gives complete privacy where you can fully enjoy the tranquility with a beautiful view of nature. The bedroom is spacious and has box-spring beds (90 x 200), which can be used either together or separately. The open kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. For coffee lovers there is a choice between a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The nature house has a surface area of 70 m2 On our 3.5 ha terrain there are three nature houses at a large distance from each other. To ensure the peace and quiet, the houses are only rented to a maximum of two people. No dogs and no persons under 21 years.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in Natura 2000 area the Leggelderveld. Walking routes run from your stay through forest and heathland. At 300 m distance is the Blue Lake with beautiful sandy beaches and rare clear and clean swimming water. During the day you can hear the birds and see the occasional deer, and many naturally occurring animals. The nights are often mouse quiet with the occasional call of the owl. Where do you still have that in the Netherlands? A short distance away are the nature reserves Dwingelerveld, Holtingerveld, Drents-Friesche wold and the Fochteloërveen. Fun places to visit are Dwingeloo, Diever, Assen, Emmen, Meppel, Steenwijk and Giethoorn.
