Welcome to our cozy nature house of 30 m² in the idyllic Mheer.Located in the beautiful Limburg hills, surrounded by greenery.You sleep next to the sheep pasture and our chickens.A nice place to relax, surrounded by nature and silence.Inside is everything you need: an electric double bed, kitchen, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and a nice bathroom with shower.Towels are provided and the bed is made.There is no TV, but wifi; so you choose how offline you want to be. Stroll through the garden, take a seat on the (covered) terrace and enjoy a cup of coffee or a good book. In the evening you look out over rolling fields with a drink in your hand. Walk straight from the door into Mergelland. Spot deer in the early morning or enjoy singing birds around the vegetable garden. Or explore the hilly country by bike. Including several eateries within walking distance. Here you will find everything for a relaxing stay; in the middle of nature, but never far from everything.
Nature and surroundings
Our nature house is located in the charming village of Maner, one of the best kept secrets of South Limburg. Maner is small, quiet and beautifully situated in the hills, with a warm village atmosphere. The village has a rich club life, lively traditions and year-round cultural activities. From processions to village festivals, here you can taste the real Limburg life. Be sure to visit the stately Castle of Maner, which proudly towers above the village. In and around the village you can walk among rolling fields, hollow roads and panoramic views. Just a stone's throw away is the Belgian Voer region, a hiking paradise full of tranquility and natural beauty. For cycling enthusiasts, this is pure enjoyment, with winding roads and challenging climbs. The Limburg hospitality industry invites you for a local beer or a piece of flan on a sunny terrace. The Spar (supermarket) is 2 km away and there is a bus stop in the street (300 meters) with direct service to Maastricht (15 km).
