De Schuur has been in our family for 50 years. We’re now renting it out through nature house and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do. After driving up a 35-meter driveway, you’ll arrive at De Schuur, a wooden cottage featuring a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and two large bedrooms upstairs. The garden covers 1,500 square meters. The Schuur includes a large swimming/natural pond where we’ve often swum ourselves, and a 1-hectare meadow. With the 2 canoes and 4 SUPs, you can enjoy the water. All the way to the Drecht River and then on to the lakes.

    Good value for the price

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

A wonderfully rustic cottage in a peaceful setting. A lovely garden, canoes, and stand-up paddleboards for exploring the (heavily overgrown) ditches, a well-stocked fridge—in short, highly recommended!

The cottage was beyond our expectations.

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

The cottage is located in the polder. There is an easy hot shower, good beds and the kitchen offers every comfort. Around the cottage there is a lot of space with water, possibility of canoeing and a large meadow. It is quiet and really dark at night. It is a bit away from the road. Be careful there when driving away. You have no other problems.
