If you need a quiet place to get inspiration and work out ideas, there is definitely room for a workation here. It has a spacious kitchen, sitting area and table overlooking the garden. Next to the cottage is an indoor garden where you can enjoy the sun. The bathroom with shower and toilet are located on the ground floor. In the bedroom under the beams overlooking the garden is a great place to sleep. The cottage is decorated with regenerative thinking. It is largely decorated with second-hand furniture and the use of natural, biodegradable materials has been considered as much as possible. By appointment we are happy to show you around the biodiverse plot of 5000 m2. We manage our land by feeling and partly from biodynamic and permaculture principles. Our garden house is in the hamlet Geersbroek located in Ulvenhout AC just south of Breda. You will find here a huge diversity of walking/biking opportunities and nature experiences. It is surrounded by four estates. Anneville estate, Valkenberg estate, Hondsdonk estate and Luchtenburg estate. Also the forest sint Annabos and the Strijbeekse heather are within walking distance. In the village of Ulvenhout you will find cozy terraces and nice stores. Cycling through the Markdal along the river Mark you arrive in Breda, city in a park.
