This nature house is available for reservation since March 2025. It is a 1991 summer house, but recently renovated, with a new kitchen (oven-microwave combo, fridge with small freezer, stove and dishwasher) and bathroom. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 x double bed; 1 x bunk bed). There is a washer/dryer and parking for one car and a nice front garden with seating area - great when the sun is shining! This is a non-contact stay in a quiet neighborhood across the North Holland dune reserve, and less than a thirty-minute walk to Egmond aan Zee beach. There are neighbors close by, but you are happy to have your own space.
Nature and surroundings
Egmond aan den Hoef is located in North Holland. The nature house is about 40 minutes by car from Schiphol Airport. The nearest train station is 5 km from the cottage in Heiloo. The cottage stands in a yard between the dunes and bulbs - truly typical North Holland. Within a few minutes you walk in the beautiful nature reserve. Many cycling and hiking in the area. The cottage is 1.5 km from the center of the village, Egmond aan Zee, and 9 km from the picturesque city, Alkmaar (famous for the cheese market, every Friday from March through September). Egmond aan Zee and Alkmaar have good restaurants and nice stores.
