It is a 1991 summer house, but recently renovated, with a new kitchen (oven-microwave combo, fridge with small freezer, stove and dishwasher) and bathroom. The cottage has two bedrooms (1 x double bed; 1 x bunk bed). There is a washer/dryer and parking for one car and a nice front garden with seating area - great when the sun is shining! This is a non-contact stay in a quiet neighborhood across the North Holland dune reserve, and less than a thirty-minute walk to Egmond aan Zee beach. There are neighbors close by, but you are happy to have your own space.

The beach can be reached on foot but it is faster by bike.
Het strand is lopend te bereiken maar met de fiets gaat het sneller.
Beautiful cottage, everything neat and clean. Everything you need is there. We had brought our own bikes and they could stand nicely in the shed. Furthermore, there is a parking space at the cottage, 5 meters from the door so you do not have to walk far with your stuff. The area is beautiful, you can walk right into the dunes near the cottage. If you like walking or cycling, this is a great place.
