Unique nature house on the edge of the Overloonse Bossen: an ideal place to enjoy nature, peace, space with lots of privacy. It has a cozy living room, half open bedroom (bed 1.8 - 2 m.) and a kitchenette with all amenities (dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, quooker). Also perfect for remote work, it has a very large fenced garden with private parking and campfire place. From private property you walk straight into the forest. Wake up among the singing birds, observe the diligent squirrels and look for deer and badgers. Enjoy the flowers, fruits and herbs that nature gives us. The property cannot be considered your private area if you have booked it. Of course, we will let you as a guest enjoy our beautiful place in the forest as much as possible in peace and privacy. The cottage has been renovated inside and outside in recent years with sustainable materials.
Nature and surroundings
For active people, there are several cycling, mountain biking and hiking routes at your doorstep. Swimming lake 't Schaartven is just around the corner. The center of the village with a large supermarket, several restaurants and ice cream parlor Clevers is a half-hour walk. Overloon is known for its War Museum and Zoo-parc, but nearby are more attractions such as National Park De Maasduinen, The Pieterpad, Unesco nature reserve De Maasheggen, Juniper forest Boshuijzerberg (Natura 2000), historical places like Boxmeer, Cuijk, Grave and Venray with a rich history. The number of nature reserves nearby is enormous. A tour of our food forest can be arranged on request.
